Refund Policy

1. Individual Purchases

Full refund within 7 days of purchase if no video content has been accessed. Once you access any course video, the purchase becomes non-refundable.

2. Enterprise Purchases

Enterprise and bulk purchases are governed by the terms in your Statement of Work (SOW) or work order. Contact us for enterprise refund enquiries.

3. Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method. GST paid at purchase will be refunded proportionally.
