1. Services

DataComplia provides DPDPA awareness and compliance training through video courses, quizzes, and FDPPI-endorsed certificates. Courses are delivered via streaming (no downloads).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old. One account per person. Credentials must not be shared.

3. Payment

• Prices displayed in INR, exclusive of GST (18%)
• Payment via Razorpay (India) and Stripe (International)
• Enterprise pricing governed by separate work order / SOW

4. Certificate

FDPPI-endorsed certificates are issued upon completing all topics and passing the assessment. Certificates are valid for 12 months from date of issue. Verification available at datacomplia.com/verify.

5. Content License

Personal, non-commercial, non-transferable license. No downloading, recording, or redistribution. Content owned by Dhrudha Solutions.

6. Refunds

Full refund within 7 days if no video content accessed. No refund after accessing course content. See Refund Policy.

7. Disclaimers

DataComplia provides DPDPA awareness training. Completing a course does not constitute legal advice or guarantee regulatory compliance. Organisations should consult qualified legal counsel for compliance decisions.

8. Liability

Total liability capped at fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Dispute Resolution

Governing law: India. Disputes resolved by arbitration in Chennai or courts in Bengaluru.
